TGI - Frank Dubey Joins Triumph Group as EVP Integrated Systems

Triumph Group (NYSE:TGI) today announced that Frank Dubey will join the company as Executive Vice President of its Integrated Systems business unit, effective November 26, 2018. Dubey succeeds Tom Holzthum, who is retiring at the end of the calendar year after a transition period. Dubey will report directly to Triumph Group President and CEO, Dan Crowley.

“Frank will be a great addition to Triumph’s Senior Leadership Team,” Crowley said. “His extensive experience in our industry, customer relationships, proven leadership skills and track record of driving operational performance make him the right choice to lead and grow our Integrated Systems business.”

In his new role, Dubey will leverage the Company’s work over the last two years to transform our Integrated Systems business, which has enabled strong organic growth and positioned it for operating margin expansion. He will lead the business unit’s five operating companies, with 17 sites across the U.S. and Europe.

Dubey brings more than 20 years of executive experience and held numerous senior leadership roles within the industry, including his most recent role at Thales Group as Chief Operating Officer for Thales InFlyt Experience. He served as Chief Executive Officer of the Monuments division of Zodiac Aerospace, and Vice President and General Manager at Parker-Hannifin. He also spent 11 years at Eaton as an executive, overseeing businesses in the U.K., France and the U.S. Early in his career he worked at Danaher and Labinal, now a division of Safran.

Holzthum retires after 20 years with Triumph Group. After joining the company in 1998 with the acquisition of Frisby Aerospace, Holzthum assumed leadership roles in Triumph’s actuation businesses. He was named Executive Vice President of Triumph Integrated Systems in 2016 and led the consolidation of 15 separate operating companies to five and key wins on Airbus and Boeing platforms.

Triumph Group, Inc., headquartered in Berwyn, Pennsylvania, designs, engineers, manufactures, repairs and overhauls a broad portfolio of aerospace and defense systems, components and structures.
