VINE - Fresh Vine Wine receives NYSE American notice

• Fresh Vine Wine Inc. ( NYSE: VINE ) said on Tuesday it has received a notice from the NYSE American stating that the company was not in compliance with the continued listing standards.
• On July 27, the company received the notice saying that it was not in compliance with  NYSE American continued listing standards as its audit committee was not comprised of at least two members..
• The company said it appointed David Yacullo to serve as a member of the committee.
• As a result of the appointment, on July 28, it received a letter from the NYSE American stating that it has resolved the deficiency and has regained compliance.
• The notice had no immediate effect on the listing or trading of the company’s common stock.
