CA - GR Silver Mining announces $3M private placement

GR Silver Mining ( OTCQB:GRSLF )( TSXV: GRSL:CA ) to undertake a non-brokered private placement of units at a purchase price of $0.10 per unit, to raise total gross proceeds of up to $3M.

Each unit will consist of one common share and one-half (½) of one common share purchase warrant.

Each whole warrant will entitle the holder to purchase one common share at a price of $0.15 at any time on or before that date which is 24 months after the closing date of the offering.

Gross proceeds will be used for work programs on the company's Plomosas project and for general working capital.
