GVA - Granite secures $99M Texas road widening project

• Granite ( NYSE: GVA ) has been awarded an ~$99M contract by the Texas Department of Transportation (TxDOT) to reconstruct a section of roadway in Pearland, Texas.
• Project funding will come from the TxDOT Unified Transportation Program and be included in Granite’s Q2 CAP.
• The FM 521 project is approximately six miles from three existing Granite projects along State Route 288.
• The project is planned to begin in September 2023 and is expected to be completed in March 2026.
