GVA - Granite subsidiary awarded ~$30M CMAR sewer interceptor rehabilitation project

Granite (GVA) subsidiary Granite Inliner, LLC., has been issued a Construction Manager at Risk (‘CMAR’) contract by the Metro Wastewater Reclamation District in Denver, Colorado for the PAR 163 Interceptor Rehabilitation 2020-2022 project.CMAR contract is expected to approach $30M through 2022 including initial preconstruction contract award valued at $500,000. Granite Inliner to be awarded a separate construction contract if the GMP terms are agreed upon.Scope of work includes the rehabilitation of the sewage treatment plant piping ranging from 27-inch to 114-inch diameter reinforced concrete pipe and related work.Preconstruction is scheduled to begin in October 2020. Construction is expected to begin in late 2020 and continue through 2022.
