HOOKIPA Pharma (HOOK) has priced an underwritten public offering of 3.4M common shares at $11.75/share and 2,978 shares of its Series A convertible preferred stock at $11,750/share (each share of Series A preferred stock is convertible into 1,000 shares of common stock).Underwriters granted a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 510K of the shares at the public offering price of the common stock, less underwriting discounts and commissions.Gross proceeds to HOOKIPA are expected to be ~$75M excluding any exercise of the underwriters’ option to purchase additional shares. All of the securities in the offering are to be sold by HOOKIPA.Closing date is December 11.Previously: HOOKIPA Pharma proposes public offering of common and preferred stock (Dec.08).Shares are down 8.3% PM.
