In response, travel stocks rallied, including substantial gains in Delta (NYSE:DAL), United Airlines (NASDAQ:UAL), Southwest (NYSE:LUV), American Airlines (NASDAQ:AAL), Royal Caribbean (NYSE:RCL), Norwegian Cruise Line (NYSE:NCLH) and Carnival (NYSE:CCL). Meanwhile, the efficacy data contributed to an extension of a recent rally in retail stocks. This helped send Macy's (NYSE:M) and Dillard's (NYSE:DDS) to new 52-week highs.
