Land & Buildings Investment Management takes a new stake in Lexington Realty Trust (NYSE:LXP) and exits Monmouth Real Estate Investment (NYSE:MNR) during Q2, according to its latest 13F filing. MNR has been the focus of a takeover battle between Equity Commonwealth, which sweetened its bid on Monday to include a cash component, and Starwood Capital. The investment firm also exited its small stakes in Equinix (NASDAQ:EQIX) and QTS Realty Trust (NYSE:QTS). Boosts position in First Industrial Realty Trust (NYSE:FR) to 1.19M shares from 596K shares (as disclosed in its prior 13F). Reduces position in Public Storage (NYSE:PSA) to 114K shares from 191K shares. Previously (May 17), Land & Buildings takes stake in Six Flags, MGM Growth
