CA - Khiron Life launches units offering

- Khiron Life Sciences ( OTCQB:KHRNF ) launched an overnight marketed public offering of its units.
- Each unit will consist of one common share, and one warrant to buy one common stock.
- The agent will be granted a 30-day option to buy up to an additional 15% of the units offered.
- Khiron plans to use the net proceeds for general corporate and working capital purposes.
- The cannabis company said the offering is being made in each of the provinces of Canada except Québec, and in the U.S. on a private placement basis, subject to conditions.
- The offering is expected to close around March 21.
