DESP - L Catterton takes stake in Despegar.com

Despegar.com (DESP) discloses that L Catterton holds a stake of 13.64% in the company. The company also notes that it entered an investment agreement with LCLA Daylight in which it agreed to issue and sell to LCLA Daylight 150K shares of the issuer’s newly created Series A preferred shares and warrants to purchase 11M ordinary Share, for an aggregate purchase price of $150M.
