Live Nation Entertainment (LYV) has priced $500M of its 3.750% senior secured notes due 2028 at a price equal to 100.000% of their face value.Closing date is January 4, 2021.The company intends to use the net proceeds to repay $75M of the company's senior secured term loan B facility, for general corporate purposes, including acquisitions and organic investment opportunities and to pay fees and expenses related to the offering.Previously: Live Nation Entertainment launches $500M private debt offering (Dec. 17)
