Los Angeles Dodgers co-owner Todd Boehly launched a $500M IPO for his third special purpose acquisition company on Wednesday, just weeks after his second SPAC popped 20% on word it could buy gambling-data company Sportradar at a $10B valuation.Boehly filed an S-1 with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission for Horizon Acquisition Corp. III (HZNA.U), his third SPAC.The filing comes three weeks after Horizon Acquisition Corp.
