Evolv Technology (NASDAQ:EVLV) has appointed Mark Donohue as CFO, effective June 1, 2022. Donohue will succeed Mario Ramos, who has stepped down to join a privately-held financial services company as CEO. Ramos will continue in his current role until May 31, 2022. Prior to this appointment, Donohue worked at fintech firm Vestmark as CFO. His past experiences include stints at Rapid7 (RPD) and Cisco (CSCO).
