MCC - Medley Capital to redeem 6.5% notes due 2021

Medley Capital (MCC) plans to issue notices to holders of its 6.500% notes due 2021; it seeks to redeem $74.0M in principal amount of the issued and outstanding notes on Nov.20, 2020.Notes will be redeemed at 100% of their principal amount ($25/note), plus accrued and unpaid interest thereon from Oct.31, 2020, through, but excluding, the redemption date.Interest payment to the notes-holders of record on Oct. 15, 2020 payable on Oct. 31, 2020 will be payable in normal course.
