MGM Growth Properties (MGP) has priced its public offering of 19M Class A shares at $32.15/share, for expected proceeds of $587.9M.Underwriters' over-allotment is an additional 2.85M shares. Proceeds will be used to redeem a 21.8M of its operating partnership units to partially satisfy its obligations under the redemption notice, with 15.3M operating partnership units to be redeemed using cash on hand.Closing date is March 15.Shares down 2.5% after-hours.
