MODV - Modiv Venture Fund's SPAC to begin trading on NYSE

Modiv Acquisition (MACS.U) launches the initial offering of 10M units for MAC SPAC.Each unit will consist of one share of MAC SPAC’s common stock and one redeemable warrant to purchase one-half share of common stock.Underwriter's option to but additional 1.5M shares.It will be listed on NYSE under the symbol “MACS.U.” It is a newly organized blank-check company formed by Modiv Venture Fund, a subsidiary of Modiv ([[MODV]] -1.2%) for the purpose of entering into a merger, capital stock exchange, asset acquisition, stock purchase, reorganization or similar business combination.Chairman of the SPAC 'Ray Witra ' is former CEO of CBRE, a major U.S. commercial real-estate firm and has also served as the Chairman of the BOD of Modiv since 2016.
