MODV - Modivcare Establishes Transportation Provider Advisory Council to Capture Voice of Community-Based Transportation Providers

Modivcare Inc.(“Modivcare”) (Nasdaq: MODV), a technology-enabled healthcareservices company that provides a platform of integrated supportivecare solutions, announced today that it has established a nationalTransportation Provider Advisory Council (TPAC) to gather feedback andperspective from representatives of its network of 5,500transportation providers.
National in scope, the TPAC includes members from each majorregion of the U.S. While out-of-network transportation providers maybe consulted on occasion, the TPAC will generally consist ofcontracted in-network providers of any size who enthusiastically sharewith Modivcare candid feedback, improvements, innovations, andforward-looking recommendations.
In addition to helping Modivcare develop a deeperunderstanding of customer perspectives and experiences, the TPACenables Modivcare to obtain transportation provider input inestablishing new innovative services, while also improving existingservices and processes. The TPAC will meet on a quarterly basis and beled by a designated Modivcare council chair and assistant chair.
