MODV - Modivcare names interim Heath Sampson as permanent CEO

Modivcare ( NASDAQ: MODV ) announced Tuesday the appointment of L. Heath Sampson as its new president and chief executive officer, effective immediately.
Sampson has been serving as the company's Interim CEO since the departure of former boss Daniel Greenleaf.
He joined Modivcare in February 2021 as CFO and has previously served as CEO of Advanced Emissions Solutions.
The company is scheduled to report its Q3 2022 earnings on Nov. 3, 2022.
