NNOX - NANO-X IMAGING to launch ~$30M registered direct offering

• Medical imaging technology company NANO-X IMAGING ( NASDAQ: NNOX ) said on Monday that it is set to launch an ~$30M registered direct offering.
• The company has entered into a securities purchase agreement with certain institutional investors, and will offer 2.14M shares, together with warrants to purchase up to 2.14M shares, at $14.00 per share.
• The warrants will have an exercise price of $19.00 per share.
• The offering is expected to close on or about July 26.
• The net proceeds are intended to be used for general working capital purposes, further development of the Nanox.ARC, the Nanox.CLOUD and other products, and the manufacture and commercial deployment of the Nanox System.
• NNOX shares were trading -5.10% pre-market.
