NSRGY - Nestlé to sell Nestlé Waters North America Brands in $4.3B deal

Nestlé (NSRGY) agrees to sell its regional spring water brands, purified water business and beverage delivery service in the U.S. and Canada to One Rock Capital Partners in partnership with Metropoulos & Co. for $4.3B.The company says its international premium brands including Perrier, S.Pellegrino and Acqua Panna are not part of the deal.But the sale does include brands such as Poland Spring and Ice Mountain, whose 2019 sales in the U.S. and Canada totaled ~3.4B Swiss franc ($3.81B).The deal follows Nestlé's announcement last year that it would conduct a strategic review of parts of the North American waters division.
