NSRGY - Nestle looks to sell underperforming water brands

The dealmaking goes on out of Switzerland for Nestle (NSRGY) with the company taking bids for North American water brands like Pure Life, Deer Park, Ozarka, Ice Mountain, Arrowhead and Poland Spring, according to Reuters.The sales are part of a broad strategy to shed slow-growth businesses.Sources think the deals could bring in around $5B for the company. Looking ahead, Nestle wants to focus on better performing water brands like Acqua Panna.Nestle's Seeking Alpha Quant Rating of 4.83 ranks 2nd out of 42 packaged/meats stocks.
