NUAN - Nuance announced more exchanges of senior debentures
Nuance Communications Inc.
Nuance Communications (NUAN -0.2%) has entered additional private agreements with investors to issue 4.2M share of common stock and $1.1M in cash to exchange for $102.2M of its 1% senior convertible debentures due 2035. The exchanges are expected to close June 1. That's in addition to exchanges the company announced on Wednesday, where the company is issuing 17.9M common shares. After today's and Wednesday's exchanges, an aggregate of $219.5M of the debentures will remain outstanding.
