EMR - One Rock Capital to acquire Therm-O-Disc from Emerson terms not disclosed

One Rock Capital Partners announced that one of its affiliates has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire Therm-O-Disc, a subsidiary of Emerson (NYSE:EMR). Financial terms of the transaction is not disclosed. Based in Mansfield, Therm-O-Disc is a leading designer and manufacturer of safety-critical sensors, thermal cutoffs and sealed connecting components primarily used in heating, ventilation and air conditioning appliance. The deal is expected to close in the first half of 2022.
