OPRX - OptimizeRx announces proposed public offering

OptimizeRx (OPRX) announces that it has commenced an underwritten public offering of shares.The company is expected to grant the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 15% of shares.The net proceeds of the offering will be used for general corporate purposes, which may include future acquisitions, the company said.OptimizeRx did not give out further details on the proposed offering.William Blair & Company  and RBC Capital Markets are acting as joint book-running managers for the offering.
