Optinose (OPTN) up 17% premarket on reporting preliminary XHANCE net revenue growth of 78% Y/Y and 50% Q/Q to $15.4M in Q3 vs. consensus of $13.9M. Q3 results will be out on November 5, 2020. CEO Peter Miller said “By exceeding the third quarter 2020 net revenue threshold specified in our debt facility, we open up the option to draw an additional $20 million to add to our cash position, which would extend our cash runway and enable us to continue to focus on our growth strategy.”
