PEV - Phoenix Motor Inc. Regains Compliance with Nasdaq Minimum Bid Price Requirement

Results in Closing of the Listing Matter

ANAHEIM, CA / ACCESSWIRE / October 23, 2023 / Phoenix Inc. (NASDAQ:PEV) ("Phoenix" or the "Company"), a leading electrification solutions provider for medium-duty vehicles, today announced that it has received formal notice from the Listing Qualifications staff of The Nasdaq Stock Market LLC indicating that Phoenix has regained compliance with the minimum bid price requirement set forth in Nasdaq Listing Rule 5450(a)(1).

To regain compliance with the Rule, the Company's common shares were required to maintain a minimum closing bid price of $1.00 or more for at least 10 consecutive business days, which was achieved on October 20, 2023. As a result, the listing matter has been closed.
