Phil, a former British police officer, brings with himan extensive career in law enforcement and a successful career inbusiness, working in senior executive positions both in public andprivate companies. Throughout his career, he received several notableawards and has been recognized for efforts in the UK and BritishOverseas Territories. Phil has written several journal articlesfocused on the future of soft target hardening and innovation alongwith establishing a Centre of Excellence centered around testing andevaluation of new disruptive technology in the defense and securitysectors including drone technology and sensors.
