PotlatchDeltic ( NASDAQ: PCH ) said its Chief Financial Officer, Jerry Richards, had resigned from his position to join another firm.
Richards, who joined in 2013, would leave PotlatchDeltic on May 12.
Wayne Wasechek, Controller and Principal Accounting Officer, will serve as Interim Vice President, Chief Financial Officer and Chief Accounting Officer, effective April 19, the company said.
