VRM - Private equity firm L Catterton is said to considering going public

L Catterton has had talks with banks in recent weeks to consider its options including an IPO or a SPAC deal, according to a Reuters report. Based in Greenwich, Connecticut, L Catterton was formed in , formed in 2016 through the partnership of Catterton, LVMH and Groupe Arnault. Some current and former L Catterton investments include Peloton (PTON), Equinox, The Honest Co. (HNST) and Vroom (VRM). The potential public debut for L Catterton comes after a report late last month that TPG, one of the most well known PE firms in the world, is considering a potential IPO.
