RXMD - Progressive Care nixes acquisition of MyApps
Progressive Care ([[RXMD]] -1.0%) and MyApps have terminated letter of intent announced in September, to acquire MyApps.Both the companies will continue to work together as partners, with near-term priority will be to integrate CallingDr, telemedicine and telehealth platform developed by MyApps, into Progressive Care’s PharmcoRx digital platform, as well as enhance Progressive Care’s ClearMetrX data analytics and data management services.
