QTS - QTS prices upsized notes offering

QTS Realty Trust (QTS) increases the size of its private offering of senior notes due 2028 to $500M from the $400M amount previously announced.The notes will have an interest rate of 3.875% per year and will be issued at a price equal to 100% of their face value.QTS expects to use proceeds to repay for part of the amount outstanding under its unsecured revolving credit facility.Afterwards, it plans to use the corresponding availability under the credit facility, along with additional borrowings thereunder or other available cash or forward equity proceeds to fund the redemption of its outstanding 4.750% senior notes due 2025.See QTS's long-term debt over the past 11 quarters:
