Relmada Therapeutics (NASDAQ:RLMD) has priced its upsized public offering of ~8.8M common shares at $17.00/share, for expected gross proceeds of ~$150M. Underwriters' over-allotment is an additional ~1.3M shares. Net proceeds will be used to fund R&D activities for clinical development programs related to REL-1017 (esmethadone), for working capital and general corporate purposes.
