SCWX - SecureWorks appoints CFO chief revenue officer

- Cybersecurity company SecureWorks ( NASDAQ: SCWX ) said on Thursday that it has appointed Alpana Wegner CFO, effective June 9, and Allan Peters chief revenue officer, effective May 8.
- Wegner and Peters will report to CEO Wendy Thomas.
- Wegner, who succeeds Paul Parrish, most recently served as CFO at the technology company Benefitfocus.
- Peters most recently served as chief revenue officer at the information security and compliance cloud solutions company Qualys.
- SCWX was trading +4.11% pre-market.
