WTTR - Select Energy Services CEO Holli Ladhani departs John Schmitz succeeds

Select Energy Services (WTTR) appointed John D. Schmitz as the Chief Executive Officer and President of the Company effective January 3, 2021 to succeed Holli Ladhani, who will depart the company effective immediately to pursue other opportunities.Mr. Schmitz will continue to serve as chairman of the company.As a result of her departure, Ms. Ladhani will no longer serve as a director on the Board of Directors or in any other capacity with Select Energy Services ((SLESZ)) or any of its affiliated entities.
