Six Flags Entertainment (NYSE:SIX) announced that Sandeep Reddy, EVP & CFO has notified the company that he has accepted a position at another company and plans to resign effective Mar.27. Stephen Purtell will assume the role of interim CFO on Mr. Reddy’s departure. Currently, Mr. Purtell serves as SVP, Corporate Communications, Investor Relations and Treasurer. The board plans to engage a search firm to conduct a search process, including internal and external candidates, to identify the next CFO.
