Six Flags (SIX) says in an SEC filing that it's committed to reduce its full-time workforce by 10% as part of transformation productivity initiatives. That reduces the workforce by about 240 employees. Shares are up 0.7% after hours. Six Flags doesn't expect to incur material charges in the action. As for severance pay offers and outplacement services, the company expects to record severance costs of about $1.5M in Q3 and about $3M in Q4.
