SIX - Six Flags down 4% prices $800M senior notes

- Regional theme park company and the largest operator of water parks in North America, Six Flags Entertainment ( NYSE: SIX ) stock drops 4% pre-market on Thursday, prices $800M aggregate principal amount of 7.250% senior notes due 2031 at an offering price of 99.248% of the principal amount thereof.
- Closing expected on May 3, 2023.
- Net proceeds together with other available cash, including borrowings under its revolving credit facility, will be used to repurchase any and all of its outstanding $949.5 million principal amount of 4.875% senior unsecured notes due 2024.
