GLG - TD Holdings enters framework pact with Eagsen

TD Holdings (NASDAQ:GLG) has entered into a strategic cooperation framework agreement on December 20, 2021 with Shanghai Eagsen Intelligent Technology. Pursuant to the pact, both parties agree to jointly develop the intelligent automobile system and digital cloud warehouse business and to consider expanding their cooperation further by utilizing the financing advantages of the company as a US listed company. The intellectual properties developed through the cooperation shall be jointly owned by both parties. Shares are up 0.64% PM.
