THC - Tenet Healthcare to raise $1.8B via private offering of senior secured notes
Tenet Healthcare Corporation (NYSE:THC) to issue $1.8B of new senior secured first lien notes due 2030 in a private offering. Net proceeds together with cash on hand will be used to fund the redemption of all $1.748B outstanding 6.750% senior notes due 2023. Shares down 19% on YTD basis.
