TMX - Terminix shareholders approve merger with Rentokil Initial

• Terminix Global ( NYSE: TMX ) shareholders approve the previously announced agreement for Terminix to be acquired by Rentokil Initial.
• Acquisition is expected to close on October 12, 2022.
