CA - Timberline announces non-brokered private placement

• Timberline Resources ( OTCQB:TLRS ) has announced a non-brokered private placement of units of the Co. at a price of $0.08/Unit for gross proceeds of up to $3M.
• Each Unit will consist of one share of common stock and one-half of one common share purchase warrant, with each Warrant exercisable to acquire an additional share of common stock of the Co. at a price of $0.12/share for three years from the date of issuance.
• The Co. plans to use the net proceeds primarily for exploration, resource development, and permitting at its Eureka Project on the Battle Mountain-Eureka Trend, and for general corporate purposes.
