U.S. Well Services (NASDAQ:USWS) said Friday it promoted Kyle O'Neill to president and CEO. Effective Apr. 30, Joel Broussard - USWS' co-founder, president and CEO - will assume the role of chairman. Josh Shapiro, VP of finance, has been promoted to CFO, concurrent with the leadership transition. Current chairman David Treadwell will transition to lead independent director concurrent with Broussard becoming chairman.
