VLN - Valens Semiconductor announces departure of finance chief

Semiconductor firm Valens ( NYSE: VLN ) said on Monday that it had appointed Yael Rozenberg Haine, vice president of finance, as interim chief financial officer, effective September 1.
VLN added that CFO Dror Heldenberg had decided to step down to pursue other opportunities.
According to VLN, Heldenberg will support the company as an advisor through the transition.
The company said it had started its search for a permanent CFO.
