  • The notes will be jointly and severally guaranteed on a senior unsecured basis by all of Viasat's future domestic restricted subsidiaries that guarantee its existing revolving credit facility.
  • The company plans to use funds along with cash on hand to repay the Bridge Facility in full. The company had utilized unsecured bridge loan facility of $733.4M for Inmarsat acquisition.
