VICI Properties (NYSE:VICI) and two related entities extend the previously announced private offers to exchange notes issued by MGM Growth Properties for up to a total of $4.20B of new notes to Feb. 15, 2022 from Dec. 31, 2021. As of Dec. 27, 5:00 PM ET, about $4.02B of the MGP notes have been tendered for exchange. In August, VICI Properties (VICI) agreed to acquire MGM Growth Properties (NYSE:MGP) for a total consideration of $17.2B, including debt.
