DENVER, Colo., Nov 16, 2023 ( www.247marketnews.com )- WaveDancer Inc (NASDAQ: WAVD) stated, this morning, that it entered into a definitive merger agreement with Firefly Neuroscience, Inc., a privately held, commercial-stage, medical technology company, to combine the companies. After the all-stock transaction closes, expected to happen next quarter, the combined company will focus on continuing to develop and commercialize Firefly’s Artificial Intelligence driven Brain Network Analytics platform, which was cleared by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (“FDA”).
