  • WiSA Technologies ( NASDAQ: WISA ) announced that it is now in compliance with all Nasdaq continued listing requirements.
  • The company had received delisting letter in June 2022 citing to comply with the minimum bid price requirement; it had been granted a compliance period of 180 calendar days which was extended until June 20, 2023, to regain compliance.
  • On Mar. 22, 2023, the Panel determined to continue the listing of WiSA Technologies and now it appears on the list of "Noncompliant Companies" maintained by Nasdaq.
