XPhyto Therapeutics ( OTCQB:XPHYF ) said Thursday it will change its corporate name from "XPhyto Therapeutics Corp." to "BioNxt Solutions Inc.," effective November 14, 2022.
On the effective date of name change, the trading symbol will change from "XPHY" to "BNXT".
