Yield10 Bioscience (YTEN) received proceeds of ~$3.8M from the exercise of 472,099 warrants exercised between Jan. 1, 2021 and Feb. 16, 2021.It has issued to investors 472,099 shares in exchange for the exercised warrants.Since Nov. 19, 2019, a total of 679,395 warrants issued in the public offering have been exercised for total proceeds of $5.4M.Series A and Series B warrants issued in the November 2019 public offering are exercisable at $8/share and have expiration dates of May 19, 2022 and May 19, 2027, respectively.Proceeds received will further strengthen the company's balance sheet and will be used for general corporate purposes.
