ZIVO - Zivo Bioscience announces Nasdaq uplisting prices $13.8M public offering

Zivo Bioscience (ZIVO) has priced its upsized public offering of 2.76M units at $5.00/unit. Each unit consists of one share of common stock and one warrant to purchase one common at an exercise price of $5.50.Expected gross proceeds are $13.8M.Trading kicks off on May 28. Underwriters' over-allotment is an additional 414K shares/warrants.Closing date is June 2.In connection with the offering, the Company will effectuate a reverse split of its outstanding common stock at a ratio of 1-for-80.The reverse stock split is expected to be effective at 12:01 a.m., ET, on May 28, 2021.
